When Does My Order Ship?
Great question! We try to ship every order on the same day we receive it, however there is a cut-off time for same-day shipping. Your order must be received by 12:30pm PST, Monday through Friday, in order to ship the same day. Orders received after the cut-off time will ship the next business day. Call us if you have questions about shipping.
How Long Are Transit Times?
We love FedEx so much, nearly all our gear ships via FedEx Ground. This service operates from Tuesday to Saturday, transit times vary by destination and volume of carriers.
Please note that while we do our absolute best to ship your package from our facilities as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once your package is in the hands of a third-party carrier such as FedEx.
Expect delays for special weather conditions, high volume due to COVID and wild fires on the West Coast.
FedEx Express Saver is a three day delivery (does not include pick up day).
FedEx 2nd Day Air is a two business day delivery (does not include pick up day).
FedEx Standard Overnight is Next Day delivery.
The FedEx Ground shipping weight limit is 150lbs. If your order weighs more than 150lbs, we may be able to split your order into multiple shipments. Note: If you have one continous length of cable that weighs more than 150lbs, this order will max out the FedEx weight limit requirement and will need to be shipped on freight truck. Call us for special weight situation or to request a freight quote.
FedEx has several options to choose from. Your order must be placed before 12:30pm PST, in order for your gear to ship the same day.
One example of a freight order is if you want to get more than 580-FT of 3/8" cable. In this case, one package will weigh greater than 150lbs and will need to be shipped on a freight truck. Freight trucks can deliver to residential neighborhoods, call us for a Freight Quote.
We are more than happy to ship anywhere in the world. Your country may charge you taxes and duties to import products from our country here in the United States.

We accept returns up to one year form the purchase date, however we do not cover return shipping.

Yes, you're always welcome to come over, we love company! We have a real office and real people to help with any of your questions.
